Countdown to Game Day: Middle Tennessee

PRE-GAME
Looking for a hotel room? Homecoming means that some of our hotels have been sold out for months. Call us at 573-875-1231 and ask for hotel availability.
How to get to the stadium:
- Park downtown [parking garages are free on Saturdays] and walk to the stadium
- Park downtown and opens in a new windowcatch a shuttle to the stadium
- Check to see if your hotel is on a opens in a new windowshuttle route
{Shuttles cost $1.50 each way, and beverages/coolers are not allowed so be mindful of that before boarding}

HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES
Mizzou is said to be the birthplace of Homecoming [read about the opens in a new windowhistory behind it], so this week is kind of a big deal in Columbia. Here is a list of Homecoming activities for you to check out while you’re here:

Extra: Each participating student organization will be partnered with a local establishment in downtown Columbia to decorate their storefront with Mizzou spirit. Take a stroll through The District during the weekend to see the creativity of current students.
TAILGATE
A few tailgating notes:
- Tailgating sites open at 8 AM
- (12:30 PM) Tiger Walk occurs 2 hours and 30 minutes before kick off at the pedestrian bridge over Providence
- (1:30 PM) The stadium opens 90 minutes before kick off
- Remember to keep any pets on a leash
