The 2021 Columbia Values Diversity Celebration will be a free, virtual experience for all in our community! It will launch on January 18, 2021 and will include videos, discussion guides, and resources.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Meet up virtually with your social, professional, or educational communities and use the discussion guide to start a conversation about inclusion in your communities
• Browse the resources provided here starting January 18 to continue celebrating diversity and learning throughout 2021

Our 2021 theme is “Where We Stand,” taken from the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.:

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

The Columbia Values Diversity Celebration is a time to recognize the many ways diversity improves our community and reflect on ways to embrace diversity every day.
