Welcome to Shortwave Coffee! We are a small-batch, quality roasting company and specialty coffee shop in Columbia, MO. Our mission, to put it simply, is to roast and serve the best coffees in mid Missouri. As a coffee lover (or potential coffee lover), you deserve access to the highest quality coffee experience. That’s what we aim to give you.
We offer a variety of traditional espresso drinks, hand-brewed coffee from a variety of methods including V60, AeroPress, and Chemex brewers, and batch-brewed coffee for those on the go. In addition, we feature teas from Hugo Tea out of Kansas City, pie from local purveyor Peggy Jean’s Pies and pastries from various local shops.
Our shop is located in the District on Alley A between 9th and 10th streets and Broadway and Cherry. Give us a try – you won’t be disappointed!
