Fall Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes  hosted by the Columbia Home Builders Association offers the opportunity to showcase everyone in our home building industries, from developers who pave the way for new subdivisions to custom cabinetry suppliers who put the finishing touches on newly remodeled homes. Every year, prospective buyers and community members tour model homes in Columbia, MO to find inspiration and potential contractors. Nothing sells a custom home builder quite like seeing a stunning finished product in person! Network with professionals at the host homes and connect with contractors you admire during the Columbia HBA Parade of Homes.

You will get the chance to tour multiple “open houses” that each builder showcases. This is a free event and there are multiple categories ranging from homes at:

– below $500,000

– $500,000-$750,000

– $750,000 and up
