We’re a downtown Columbia, MO restaurant serving organic and health conscious food, smoothies, cold pressed juice and grab and go meals. Our entire menu is gluten-free, soy, corn and refined sugar free.
We believe whole foods such as avocados, dates and raw cacao make a better dessert than processed sugar and flour. Making vegetables taste indulgent is our specialty. Food is the best form of medicine and every time you eat is a chance to heal and energize your body.
